OnePlus is getting ready to launch a smartphone equipped with a massive 8,500 mAh battery and a high-definition 1.5K screen.

OnePlus is reportedly working on a new smartphone called the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra, which is expected to feature a significantly larger battery capacity than the current average, alongside impressive performance capabilities, following rumors of the company’s potential closure.

The leak suggests that the device can achieve a battery capacity of approximately 8,500 mAh, which significantly exceeds that of the majority of smartphones currently on the market. For instance, current models typically have capacities around 5,000 mAh, like the Galaxy A57.

The screen is noteworthy for its size, resolution, and refresh rate, which are uncommon in more expensive devices.

The new smartphone is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, which is rumored to be one of the most advanced chips of the next generation, challenging Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.

When will it be?

The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra may be unveiled in China as early as April, but there is no information yet about its global release or availability in Brazil. If the rumors are true, the device is expected to compete with other models that prioritize battery performance.
